A message from the VICE president

Team Members,

The safety and health of all the workers, managers, and visitors are of the greatest importance to H&W Construction Company. I believe that by taking an active approach to employee safety, we can create an environment in which all members of the company are healthy, secure, and productive.

The goal of safety cannot be achieved without a “team” approach. For this reason, all employees of H&W should personally commit themselves to learning the policies and procedures of the safety program, and to cooperating with the company’s safety effort.

I also strongly encourage all employees to communicate any problems or suggestions that they may have concerning safety. Our goal is to constantly improve upon the safety program, and to continue to maintain a safe and healthy work environment as the company evolves.

Sincerely,

William H. Aikens
Vice President
